A caterer’s value is not determined only by the end result but also by the whole experience he provides to his customers. The amount of details the customers know before the actual event is a crucial factor that must be taken care of by the caterer. A good ???????? must be patient and help his customers to learn all the details about their event. They must know the setting of the event because they need to have a good idea about how their event is going to look like. The details they should know range from the type of silverware picked for the event and the color of the maps and table settings. A caterer should not leave any detail behind because you can never know what the customer would like and what would he dismiss, the caterer cannot read a customer’s mind so it is very important that the customer tells the caterer every little detail that he think that has even minor importance. When it comes to weddings all of the above is multiplied by a huge factor, because of the importance of the event, weddings are a once in a lifetime event and as such it must be addressed by the ???????? ???? that has to make a very special sort of food, with the highest degree of attention to details. The ceremony itself must be perfect, the food must be excellent, and above all the wedding must look absolutely great.
